My name is Sayyed Hossein Ettefagh Far, a dedicated specialist in Materials Science, Corrosion Engineering, and Industrial Quality Control. With over a decade of hands on experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors, I have built a strong reputation for delivering precise technical inspections, corrosion evaluations, and advanced NDT assessments across complex industrial environments.
Combining my academic background, supported by an M.Sc. in Materials & Corrosion Engineering, with extensive field experience, I bridge the gap between scientific understanding and industrial application. Throughout my work, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, and industry experts, which has sharpened my ability to learn rapidly, interpret complex technical data, and develop effective solutions for real-world challenges.
I am deeply passionate about corrosion mechanisms, electrochemical analysis, failure investigation, surface engineering, welding inspection, and QA/QC systems. My familiarity with advanced laboratory techniques (SEM, EDS, XRD, TEM, EIS, LPR, PDP), engineering software, and international standards (API, ASME, NACE/AMPP) enables me to approach each project with both scientific precision and practical insight.
As both a QC Expert and Technical Inspector, I strive to communicate technical findings clearly, ensure compliance with global standards, and enhance reliability and safety in industrial operations. In parallel, my research background, which includes a patent and several scientific publications, reflects my commitment to advancing knowledge in corrosion inhibition, materials performance, and surface modification.
I welcome collaboration opportunities in research, inspection, industrial quality assurance, and corrosion-related engineering projects.
